So Today was definitely not up to par.  It wasn’t especially bad, just not nearly as good as it should be, no snacks and not enough “good” calories.

Breakfast Bowl of Special K Red Berries
Lunch Pastrami on wheat with a Fiber One granola bar and string cheese
Dinner Chicken Ka-Bobs with Rice.  This was delicious.
