So Today was definitely not up to par. It wasn’t especially bad, just not nearly as good as it should be, no snacks and not enough “good” calories.

| Lunch | Pastrami on wheat with a Fiber One granola bar and string cheese |
| Dinner | Chicken Ka-Bobs with Rice. This was delicious.![]() |
I’m planning on having a couple cheat meals each week, and this definitely qualifies.
I had a Famous Dave’s Texas Manhandler.
Granola bar
A yogurt and frozen fruit smoothie
3 scrambled eggs and 2 tortillas
